Wine: the portable version of the program requires Windows 7, how to run it?

I'm trying to run the portable assembly of Photoshop CC, the unpacking is successful, but at startup it says that Winovz 7 is needed. How can I fix this? I'm a total noob at Wine and other emulators. Heard somehow expose compatibility.

Good evening.
Use VirtualBox, in it you can put full-fledged "windows" + full-fledged photoshop.
This will be easier than fiddling with Wine settings.
