Wine + Docker + NoVNC works on windows but doesn't work on native linux?

There is a docker image solarkennedy/wine-x11-novnc-docker when run with the command

docker run --rm -p 8060:8080 solarkennedy/wine-x11-novnc-docker

in windows 10 everything works, but when you run it on debian, errors creep:

When starting any application, an error occurs:

In general, tell me why it doesn’t work in debian 9 and 10, but everything is fine with Windows through the WSL layer?

PS I installed debian 10 with X and wine according to the instructions from the off site, everything started with a half kick, but I don’t want to do anything in the docker ... I actually thought that in the docker applications in any OS would work the same way ...
