Windows XP is not friendly with Galaxy A5, what should I do?

When you connect the device to the computer, it says "it was not possible to configure the MTP device." There is nothing unknown in device manager. Downloaded Media Transfer Protocol Porting Kit - did not help. The manufacturer's website does not include drivers.
Ports, cable... everything is fine.

Something needs to be changed: either Windu, or Smartphone.
