Windows won't start?

In short, I installed windows 10 on a new laptop, everything worked fine, after charging ended and turned off, then I turn it on and there is MC DOS, what is the reason?

Aslan Esiljan , this is not DOS, but EFI SHELL. all together, this means that either Windows or disk media has been covered (it’s possible that the contacts are banal, if they suddenly dropped them), or the BIOS settings
ps, but according to the meaning of the messages, either the disk is kirdyk, or it’s not there
