Windows won't boot after installing Ubuntu on second disk partition |?

Actually a subject. After choosing Windows in the ubunt bootloader, I see this. How to fix?

The screenshot says what to do. It is impossible to say more, because it is not clear exactly how you installed Ubuntu. Maybe the disk layout was changed, so Windows got lost.
