Windows on a server at Hetzner: licensing issue

Good evening.
There is a need to put Windows Server on a dedicated server at Hetzner. And at the same time, if possible, do not pay a monthly subscription fee for a license. In this regard, several questions arise:
1) Can I install Windows from my distribution (via the resque panel)?
2) Does Hetzner check the license of Windows installed on the server?
a) Is it required to provide scans confirming the purchase of a license?
b) If I, as a student, get a license through the Microsoft Academic Alliance, is there any way to prove this to Hetzner?
Thanks in advance.

1. you can. 2 - does not check, but before mounting the image, it will ask for documents. ms bizspark gave me a ride, I think Academic Aliance is also suitable.

And if the feint ears? Put Linux on a piece of screw, then copy the Windows distribution there, run the installation from the partition on the screw, remove the Linux partition with the installer, install Windows there, delete the partition with the WIndows installer, expand the Windows partition to the end.
Haven't tried it, but I think it will work. You need to practice in the virtual machine.

You can look in the direction of Mikrotik, but the concept of "small office" is very vague. How many users, which Internet channel, which VPN channel?
