Windows DHCP server. How to find out the time when the ip address was issued?

Actually a question. How to find out when (date and time) the DHCP server issued a specific ip-address? Those. it doesn't matter if the ip address is reserved or given automatically. I just need to somehow find out when the ip-address was last issued.
I can do it according to the logs of the DHCP server with an accuracy of up to a week. But parsing logs is not what I need for my tasks.
Is it possible to find out this time somehow through the netsh commands?
