windows bootloader recovery?

I tried to restore the Windows 7 bootloader after installing Ubuntu. Launched the image from the flash drive, pressed system restore, selected the command line and entered:
Bootrec.exe /FixMbr
//Successful
Bootrec.exe /FixBoot
//element not found.
Now, when loading, it's just a black screen, it won't let you even from a USB flash drive. How to fix?

Very cool thing - EasyBCD .

What is it like? Maybe booting from a USB flash drive is blocked in the bios / uefi?

There is such a well-known tool-recovery utility package 2k10, which is part of many popular LiveDVD / LiveUSB. Its "Boot Recovery" section contains a dozen programs, here is a list of them:
[email protected] DiskEditor
BcdTool
BellaVista
BootBuilder
BootICE 2011
BootICE 2012
BootSectGui
FixBoot
MultiBoot
uMBRGUI

A short (2...3 line) annotation is attached to each utility in the selection menu so as not to wander .
A couple of times I had something similar to your problem, and in the first case I was lucky at the first step of choosing from this list (I chose the BootICE 2012 utility), and the second time - at the third (I don’t remember what I chose). So take it in turns, and may luck be with you.
Just keep in mind - these utilities are for MBR partitioning.
