Windows application menu like KDE or Cinnamon?

Good day. On Linux distributions in various DEs, I'm used to using the classic application menu where all applications are categorized. Automatically, as in Linux, programs in a category are unlikely to be arranged, but this can be done manually. It is important for me that when you hover the mouse, the category is revealed. Are there any programs for this under Windows?

I went through all the programs to replace the start menu that I could find and found the one I wanted. It's called Start Menu X . I recommend!

Have you tried creating folders in the start menu?
