Windows 8.1 + Delphi XE2 + Kaspersky Internet Security 2013?

Good day to the community!
Each time when compiling and running the program, Kaspersky asks if it can be trusted. I didn’t have enough strength, I didn’t set up any exceptions in Kaspersky, anyway, every time a new exe is a new question, it remains only to turn it off. It's a pity, another half a year paid. And in Windows 7 there was nothing like that. Does anyone have the recipe?
Thank you.

Tip - get off the kaspersky. I left it after it killed the Windows registry file for me, and also after blocking the VM-Ware virtual keyboard driver ... well, permanent brakes on the system with 4 cores.

Open the " Programs and Features " applet in the control panel , find the line " Kaspersky Internet Security 2013 " in the list , select it, click the " Change " button (or right-click), and leave the "checkmarks" only on the following modules (components):
- " File Anti-Virus " (main protection module);
- " Mail Anti-Virus " (protect mail);
- " Web Anti-Virus " (protects on the Web).
Everything. The rest of the "anti-hackers", "proactive defenses" and other rubbish that eats up precious computing resources (and at the same time nerves) can be safely removed, not a single infection will pass through the remaining three modules. Unless, of course, updates are installed in a timely manner and the firewall built into Windows is not disabled.
Then reboot the system and try to compile and run the application again.

The solution turned out to be quite simple, the support wrote that the entire folder can be marked as an exception for certain parts of the antivirus.
