Windows 2003 on a soft mirror from disks converted to dynamic?
There is a Windows 2003 server. The system was on a hardware mirror of two disks. Unexpectedly, it happened that the mirror fell apart into two separate disks after the power was turned off. It is impossible to make a mirror back without losing data and reinstalling the system (these are the features of iron), but I would like to keep the system on a mirror, since this computer is both a domain controller and a mail server.
Microsoft says that you can convert disks to dynamic and make a soft mirror,
and all this is promised without data loss.
Is it so? Will the system crash during the conversion?

You did not indicate on which controller you have collected RAID.
on the built-in mother or not?
try booting from one of your disks.
should work out.
at the expense of dynamic disks - I would not mess with fake MS.
First of all, you must be prepared for the fact that you will lose all your data and must be sure:
1) That you have a backup.
2) That you can recover from this backup (it's funny to see backups from which data cannot be restored).
Well, then everything is simple, try it, it will turn out well, it will not work, restore from backup.
