Windows 10 won't load, what should I do?

When you start the computer, Windows does not work, it hangs on the logo tightly. I tried to restore through a USB flash drive with Windows, anyway, even so, tightly on the loading logo.

from a Windows boot disk or flash drive, run a command prompt and check the disk for errors:
chkdsk c: / f
