Written program for the system tray. Sometimes she gave messages in pop-up notifications:

Everything looked nice enough, because the balloon pop-up pointed to the application that opened it. Convenient to call the context menu, because. the balloon pointed with a corner to the application that caused it.
I launched the program in windows 10 and the result, to put it mildly, did not please me:

I wrote in C#, .net 4.x.
Is it possible to somehow show old-style balloons before windows 10 in principle, and is it possible to set such a mode in the program (but so that it does not conflict with old versions of windows)?
