Windows 10 taskbar search not working, what should I do?

I WANT TO MAKE WITHOUT REINSTALLING
The search button is not active at all. I tried all the methods of the three search engines, and I can’t, as written on various forums, use the troubleshooter, because. for some reason I just don't have it to search for. In safe mode, it is also not active. I had this right after installing the system (windows 10 LTSC), but only now I decided to deal with this issue (yes, yes). Please help.

And the indexing parameters in the control panel (through which you can also sort of fix it) look like this:

And they should look like this:

Try Repairing Windows Files
System File Checker is a utility in Windows 10 used to check system files for corruption. It is recommended for advanced users. To run this tool, follow these steps:
- In the search box on the taskbar, type command prompt. In the search results, press and hold (or right-click) Command Prompt (Desktop), and then select Run as administrator.
- Type DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth (note the spaces before each "/"). (Note: This action may take a few minutes to start and up to 30 minutes to complete.)
- Type sfc /scannow (note the space between "sfc" and "/").
If it doesn't help, reinstall
- Clean installation of Windows 10 on a computer or laptop from a bootable USB flash drive or disk: https://youtu.be/K3WKliYVERU
- Create a bootable USB flash drive to install Windows 10, 8, 7 ️: https://youtu.be/ y8bvM5XNPoM
