Windows 10 Tablet, turning off display with power button without sleep?

There is a tablet on Windows 10 (Onda v919 air ch).
It has a power button (turns it on, puts it to sleep). It is necessary for me that this button does not take the tablet to sleep, but only turns off the display (for energy saving), but the tasks continue to work. Automatically turning off the screen after n minutes is not suitable unfortunately, it will only interfere. This button should only turn off the built-in display. Those. when the device is connected via HDMI to the TV, pressing this button should only turn off the screen of the tablet, the TV should continue to be turned on.
How to do it? Windows This does not provide. Maybe there are craftsmen who can tell you how to rewrite this power button under the laptop cover button? Pressed - the screen went out, pressed again - the screen lit up.
I have already rummaged through the whole Google, I found one way, but then the dream disappears completely, i.e. even from launch it cannot be sent to sleep, and this is also necessary for me :(

As I understand it, you found a solution by changing the value of the CsEnabled key from 1 to 0.
This disables the Connected Standby mode. Connected Standby replaces regular sleep mode and allows the operating system (Windows 10/8.1/8) to work in smartphone mode, serving network connections even when the screen is off in low power standby mode. Background jobs continue to run, supported applications continue to receive network notifications, mail is synced, incoming Skype calls and messages are accepted, and the device itself is ready to wake up instantly. The Connected Standby specification requires that power consumption be minimal in this mode, and battery consumption should be close to normal consumption in normal sleep mode.
The nuance is that Windows devices that support Connected Standby do not officially support turning it off, and when Connected Standby is turned off, the ability to go to sleep is lost. A device with Connected Standby disabled can only be sent to Hibernate.
Turning off the monitor can be done either through the widget, which is full, or through nircmd.exe monitor off. In Linux, you can attach your own script to close the lid or press the power button. Is it possible to do this in Windows - I have no idea.

Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Power Options\System Settings What
happens when the power button is pressed
Try this option, it works for computers, maybe it works for tablets.

Don't you have a mode selection when connected to a TV? If anything, swipe on the right side -> devices -> transfer to the screen.
