Windows 10 screen flickers. Surveillance?

Noticed such a thing. Sometimes the Windows 10 screen flickers - goes black for a second. All drivers work fine, DisplatPort, AMD based system. In the process of analysis, an idea appeared - someone is taking screenshots. Especially often when I download or watch something forbidden on torrents))

In order to take screenshots, you no longer need to go straight into the video memory ... The current SMPs do it quietly, without noise and dust. And even more so Win10, originally designed for filming everything and everything :) So the blinking of the screen is just a bug (although this does not mean at all that screenshots are not taken :) )

Many complain about the reporting service in Windows.
Disable these services, in any way, for example, as in a vidyashka.

Perhaps the screensaver is trying to turn on, but for some reason it cannot do this, so the screen blinks.
I saw this several times, mainly due to the left screensavers installed separately from the system. Once - there was simply no screensaver executable file.
