Windows 10 notification history?

Where in Windows 10 you can view the history of notifications (those in the lower right corner are a convenient innovation), accidentally swiped some very important notification, having managed to read only its title, and I can’t understand where it went! What! Where! Where?

The Action Center is the same as on Microsoft phones running Windows 10 Mobile. These actions (notifications) are meant to be displayed to the user until they take action. There are two ways for a user to interact with an action:
Dismiss notification (clears the action)
Select notification (respond to the action)
Once one of these interactions occurs, the notification, and therefore the action, is no longer displayed. No history is kept of these notifications and cannot be recovered. This is on purpose, as this story can (and most likely will) be very long.
If you are at the system level, I would recommend looking into the system logs.
