Windows 10 Night Light no longer available?

I broke dozens of night light on my PC (

History:
I decided to optimize my PC, used Win10 Tweaker. After that, night light stopped working, rolled back tweaks that affect night light (privacy tweak "Turn off hidden system monitoring", service "I don't use ... night light. ..") in Win10 Tweaker. I googled it, downloaded the reg file to reset/configure night light ( https://remontcompa.ru/windows/windows-10/2109-ne-... ), tried resetting it separately via the registry Bottom line :

night light is no longer available...
Below the screenshot of my results

Ps you should not write obvious things like "why it was necessary to optimize", I have a stump and 4 GB of memory.

Hello.
In your case, you can try the solution with editing through the registry.
The Internet suggests the following path in the registry for edits.

Registry Editor Version 5.00 [-HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\CloudStore\Store\Cache\DefaultAccount\$$windows.data.bluelightreduction.bluelightreductionstate\Current] [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\CloudStore\Store\Cache\DefaultAccount\$$windows.data.bluelightreduction.bluelightreductionstate] [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\CloudStore\Store\Cache\DefaultAccount\$$windows.data.bluelightreduction.bluelightreductionstate\Current] [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\CloudStore\Store\Cache\DefaultAccount\$$windows.data.bluelightreduction.settings] [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\CloudStore\Store\Cache\DefaultAccount\$$windows.data.bluelightreduction.settings\Current] «Data»=hex:02,00,00,00,5e,b6,ca,5c,aa,bc,d2,01,00,00,00,00,43,42,01,00,ca,14,\ 0e,15,00,ca,1e,0e,07,00,ca,32,00,ca,3c,00,00

In my practice, editing the registry helps up to 1 reboot, but I ruled this function in a corporate OS where, after a reboot, the user's policies are checked and defaulted again if there were any changes.
