Windows 10 minimizes windows on their own, how to fix it?

I start copying the file, it is copied but the window is not visible, then I notice that it is minimized immediately. And so with all such operations. Or it happens to collapse itself to the smallest size, or it updates itself 2 times like it opened and then opened again. I just installed Windows, everything was ok, a couple of days passed and that's it. I did not go to places where it is possible to catch the virus. I checked AdwCleaner, found several registry changes and cleaned something in browsers, now the window either collapses itself right away or not, it's not clear. What is it can be and how to treat?

there is a winepi function that brings the window to the foreground, its behavior has been changed so many times that there is no account, it got to the point that it was necessary to first minimize the window, and then display it, otherwise it blinks in the task bar, apparently in 10k it was edited once again.
