Windows 10 Enterprise for Virtual Desktops, what kind of beast is this?
I got a distribution kit that has Windows 10 corporate for virtual desktops , judging by the name, I assumed that it was for Windows thin clients, installed, downloaded and ... two login options, either using a Microsoft account or with a local account. But the problem is that it doesn’t accept a Microsoft account, it complains about the wrong password, apparently it needs a corporate account, but I can’t log in with a local account either, because I wasn’t asked for any data during installation. I tried to log in with an administrator account without a password and received a response that the account was disabled. I tried to log in to my terminal server, specifying in the user имя_домена\пользователь
either пользователь@имя_домена
and even пользователь@ip_сервера_терминалов
but also the result is 0.
What kind of animal is this? Google does not find a description of such a version.

Here's something I found:
Overview of the program "Windows 10 Enterprise E3 in CSP"
This version seems to allow simultaneous authorization of several users. It flashed on reddit several times, but I don’t remember what they wrote for her there. Maybe on English sites there will be more information on request windows 10 enterprise for virtual desktops.
