Windows 10: Application text fields not working. How to fix?

Hey!
Problem: Recently, the ability to enter from the keyboard has disappeared in all new Windows applications such as: search, notes, search in settings, etc. Well, it could still be attributed to the clave or firewood to it, but in other applications everything works, incl. and window search. On the attached screen, my system language is English (I also tried Russian, changed layouts, etc. - please do not cling to this). Hands seem to grow from the shoulders, but rested on this issue. Before writing here, I honestly googled both in Russian and in English.
The information on the language bar has also disappeared. Now instead of RUS and ENG it's empty. Perhaps this is somehow related?
