Win10x64, Office 2010x86, Excel won't open files (DDE is to blame)?
The problem initially was that all *.xlsx files opened in one window.
Google gave information, but the problem remained ...
What was done.
The association of the xlsx file format to the action "open" with
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office14\EXCEL.EXE" /dde has been fixed
to
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office14\EXCEL .EXE" /n "%1"
It didn't help, with this fix, just an Excel window opens, without a file ...
Although, interestingly, docx files open in different Word windows, with the docx format association
"C: \Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office14\WINWORD.EXE" /n "%1"
and there are no problems)
What to do? =)
