Win Forms c# Own component, do you see any dots when added to the project?

I made a spinner, the component itself works, I add it to the project, distortion appears. What could be the reasons.

Most likely an underdrawing. Created by default Bitmap, it is black. You draw parts of your control on it, but there are gaps somewhere.
