Will they get banned for htaccess?

Hosting has htaccess disabled by default. Through the admin panel can not be enabled on my tariff. Well, for fun, I uploaded the .htaccess file via FTP and it works (it prohibits uploading it through the admin panel itself).
Get banned for this? Or what will they do? Or won't they notice at all?

Since they limit it, then they must control it. They can't even properly configure ftp - so it's not a user's problem.

It is not logged, except for the download process itself in the FTP server logs. Hope that they don’t look specifically and notice, but it’s better to change hosting.
