Will there be problems when creating iOS ux/ui on windows?

I understand that this is not the best option, but is it a passable one at all?
I plan to do design in abode xd from time to time. Or in some other editor.
The fact is that my eyes are very strained from the retina on the poppy, but on the Thinkpad (matte IPS full hd matrix by 14"), which is ok on Windows.
I will work most of the time with design, of course, on an external 4K monitor, but Nevertheless, I plan to take the monitor from LG with a matte Ips matrix (24UD58-B).Thanks

There won't be any problems at all. I regularly design for iOS even though I don't have a Mac or an iPhone.
