Will there be enough Coursers for Blue Crad EU?

Hello, the following question arose, can I, when submitting documents to the embassy, in addition to a diploma (Not in the IT specialty), submit certificates of completion of courses in Coursera? Can they replace a diploma, since at the moment there is a diploma only for a humanitarian specialty. Unfortunately, after several hours of googling on the topic, I did not find a clear answer.

It depends directly on the country to the consulate of which an application for a Blue Card is submitted. For example, in Germany you need to have a diploma that is 100% relevant to the profile of the vacancy for which you receive a Blue Card. In the Czech Republic, the conditions are softer. There are options in which you can get a BC for an IT job, having a civil engineering education with an elective in information technology. Or you can agree with the company that hires you that it will write a vacancy in Min. labor 100% corresponding to your education.
In any case, each individual case must be considered in the context of the country, local laws, the type of job to which the Blue Card is initially linked, and your education.
Also, by the way, you can confirm your knowledge in IT with work experience in this area. Experience requirements will vary depending on the specialty.
