Will the warranty on the laptop fly off when the stock Windows is demolished?

Let's say I buy a laptop and demolish the hated "eight" by formatting the screw.
Next, I put win7, no matter what.

Let's reason together.
Firstly, you can absolutely legally return the Windows 8 license, having received money for this: habrahabr.ru/post/166405/. And don't void your warranty.
Secondly, you can downgrade to Windows 7: Downgrade Windows 8
Thirdly, which comes from the first, if you can return the software (pre-installed, imposed) and not lose the warranty, then you can remove it (reinstall). It's just a logical conclusion. After all, if the first point is possible, then what obliges you to use this particular version of the software of this particular manufacturer?
Of course, if you install Linux and bring a laptop to the SC because your sound does not work, the resolution is poor, or your favorite Windows game does not start, you will get a refusal.
The license agreement from the manufacturer is an argument, as long as it does not contradict our laws.

Of course he will fly off, and you will be executed. All due to the fact that you put the wrong tags and express emotions in relation to the product in the question.

the warranty for the demolition of the pre-installed OS in the case of win does not disappear, but if the installed software causes a breakdown, the manufacturer disclaims any obligations.
but I have not seen such problems with the guarantee.

I recently installed a hackintosh. I went to the manufacturer's website (nr) and decided to go through volition. "Warranty Status: Guaranteed"
That says it all. Replacing the system in no way can affect the period of warranty service.
