Will the site menu loaded via JS be indexed?

Good morning everyone, I have an old site that works like just a bunch of static html files, hosted on github pages and has good positions in search engines.

I want to make my life a bit easier and at the same time not add any server side.
If I separate the header, sidebar and footer into separate html templates and load them via JQuery.load(), will this affect my positions in Yandex/Google? The problem is that in the header I have all the menus with navigation.

Will the generation of the sitemap file help here, or is it the last century and no one needs it?

Ключевые слова некоторых (не очень понятно каких) и если эти данные позволят предоставить пользователям нашего поиска лучший ответ меню я так понимаю в это число не попадёт. В общем, продублируйте его мелким шрифтом внизу.
