Will the raspberry pi work as a DHCP and WEB server?
There is an internal site for a small organization, mainly for working with a database (mysql) and a directory of working files. Used html5, css3, php, ajax, jquery (jqGrid, jquery-ui), pdf generation on the fly (tcpdf). Maximum 15 concurrent users. Now DHCP and a web server (apache, php, mysql) are running on a working computer, which is not at all convenient.
I would like to find a completely silent and most compact solution, well, at a price of up to 4000r. Now I'm leaning towards a raspberry pi b+ along with a 60-120Gb SSD. The second option is an intel atom motherboard, but it comes out more expensive with all the components. I plan to set up a backup of files on another computer (s) in LAN.
Tell me, is the raspberry pi performance sufficient in my case?

I think it’s worth convincing the boss to allocate some money for a normal server, otherwise then the obscenity will be heard from all sides, they say why everything doesn’t work
