Will the Intel® HD Graphics 4600 understand a 4K monitor?

I have two graphics cards, one is a GeForce 750 Ti, the other is built into an i5-4670 processor (HD Graphics 4600).
I want to buy myself a 4K monitor (3840 × 2160). The problem is that the HDMI port on the discrete graphics card is broken and my monitors are connected via VGA and DVI. But on 4K monitors, I have not seen either DVI or VGA, there is only HDMI.
And I have HDMI only on the built-in video card.
Will the built-in video card be able to output 4K via HDMI (not video, not games, but the Windows interface and simple software, such as a development environment)?
Another option is to connect this monitor to a discrete video card to DVI via an adapter (DVI-HDMI). Will it support 4K?

Maybe Max Resolution DisplayPort*/HDMI- [email protected] 60Hz, 4[email protected], VGA
but you need to check the version of the hdmi port, it should be at least 1.4
via DVI, it will not work, but the maximum is 2560 × 1600, the adapter does not cure this

Well, officially 3840x2160 is possible, but via DP
DisplayPort* 1.2/eDP*
H-series processors: 3840 x 2160 @ 60Hz (Ultra HD)
U-series processors: 3200 x 2000 @ 60Hz, 3840 x 2160 @ 30Hz
Y-series processors: 2560 x [email protected]
HDMI*: 4096x2304, [email protected]/24bpp
DVI: [email protected]
