Will the AppStore accept an application with the name of someone else's brand?

Tell me, will the AppStore accept an application with the name of a foreign brand? A person is selling things to one specific company, and wants to use its name in his application (only the name, not the logo). On the Play Market, this rolls, but what about the AppStore?
