Will text formatting be preserved in LongText?

I am learning to work with a database, I am designing my own database, the question arose, I need to store the description of the product that the client enters. If the client just enters text separated by paragraphs, will LongText store whatever the client has entered?
Android app example:

Нормальная вещь, из плюсов:
-Мне нравится
-Мне очень нравится
Из минусов
-Мне не нравится
-Прям ужас
и т.п.
