Will such a video card fit in such a computer?

there is such a computer from Dell:
https://market.yandex.ru/product--rabochaia-stants...
it has Linux

, it needs an entry-level video like this:
Palit GeForce GTX 1650 KalmX
https://www.dns -shop.ru/product/b421448c59101b80/v...

like the fact that it is silent

, will it fit?

there is no driver for Linux on the manufacturer's website:
https://eu.palit.com/palit/download.php?pc_cate=vg...

there is on the Invidia website:
https://www.nvidia.ru/Download/driverResults.aspx /...
- will it fit?

Linux and Invidia are normally friends?

Linux and nvidia are a little better friends than amd, but you will be limited by the list of supported OS (decent by the way), but this is an important point, you take a ready-made assembly and that the manufacturer put a separate conversation and horror into it (read the description on the off site Ubuntu Linux 16.04 - we are horrified, it has not been supported for a long time and even the regular update mechanism may fail).
It is better to take video drivers from the nvidia website, they are fresh there.
ps try to answer a very important question, why did you choose this particular build and what do you expect from it?

Yes, it will do, but there is one thing, but such ready-made computers are capricious and may not work with a discrete video card that is not complete, but it should.
