Will raspberry pi 4 work for me?
Good afternoon!
I am looking for a monoboard computer. My eyes fell on the raspberry pi 4.
I want to assign the task of real-time pattern recognition to this board. That is, the data must come from a video camera, perhaps it will be an IP camera.
The question for experts is whether it is generally worth buying this board for such purposes? I saw on the Internet that OpenCV was installed on the board. If so, how much RAM do I need?
Thank you very much in advance!

This task does not require a large amount of RAM. So you can safely take 2 gigs, for opencv and most tasks this is enough. 4 and 8 gigs are needed mainly for browsers, those are a simple workstation.
