Will performance decrease if I install 2 operating systems?

Hello. It costs windows 10 on a PC, I also want to install Linux and there was such a question. After installation, for example, when I work on one of the OCs, will my performance decrease or does it not affect it in any way?
As I think, one is running, so it only works. On issues of iron and wasps, I’m completely dumb, so if it seems funny to someone, I apologize.

Will not decrease. From the worst, you will have a decrease in the amount of available disk (which you will saw off on Linux)

Actually, in Windows 10 there is a legal opportunity to install a linux (ubuntu) virtual machine.
Which will work in text console mode.

I have Win10, Mint (Cinnamon) and Fedora27, all three work fine.
