Will Joomla! 3.7.2 Stable on PHP 7.3?

I have a site in Joomla! 3.7.2 Stable on PHP version 7.2.26
If you switch to PHP version 7.3, will the site not fall apart? If it falls apart, will switching it back fix it, or will it just fall apart completely?

If it works on 7.2 it will work on 7.3 The puff version does not affect the files in any way, you can switch as much as you like.
