Hello. Bought a domain. I'm trying to connect to the server. Changed the entry in domain A to the ip of the server.
Will it be enough? How soon will a site be opened using a domain name?

1) Enough.
2) A - record instantly, in contrast to ns records that are assigned to the domain. (but don't forget about TTL records and cache)

Everything else is necessary things but you can live without them
BUT at least it would be nice to do another steal A for www
