Courses will only give you skills.
And you need more experience.
And for this, you need a zeal for knowledge and study of complex material.
And this is completely up to you.
Therefore, the ability to create cool android applications is completely up to you.

Can. If everything is not limited to JavaRush.
As far as I know, only java is there, and a couple of years ago I rated it very low, if nothing has changed there, then there’s really no point in learning java there.

No. This course is not designed for this. Previously, when the initial lessons were free, there was advice to go through the beginning and take other courses. Now it is better to study the basics of Java in other courses. (IMHO)
For android, it's better to take courses on Udacity. there are some very good courses there. If there are problems with English, then even on subtitles they will be useful.

Passed courses on javarash on java. I started on android their translations of the Google course. But both are not suitable for creating "cool applications" on android. Java is used in android, but java alone is not enough. And that basic course, as I understand it, will give only basic knowledge. So you can take these courses, but they alone will obviously not be enough.

No, of course. This is a small step in the right direction.
