Will gpt and mbr work together in uefi mode?

There are two hard drives: ssd 120gb and hdd 500gb. A 120 gpt disk and an old 500 mbr disk.
Debian is installed on the old one. On the ssd disk, it is planned to install Windows 10 and Linux distro on a dual boot in uefi mode. Will the old debian disk be visible when loading the ssd? More precisely, will grub pick up the debian partition on mbr if uefi is enabled?

In UEFI mode, the MBR disk will not be visible.
If the BIOS has legacy + uefi, then both will be visible.
For me, it's easier to study the possibility of booting Debian in UEFI mode and remake the bootloader for it.
