Will Google index the content that is displayed through the database?

Good afternoon!
I would like to clarify about indexing.
Products on the site are displayed in php using the mysql database.
Is the text stored there indexed? Or is it better to insert text into html code?
If I store the keywords in a separate document and display them using the "include" - php function, will this affect the indexing of the page?
Thank you in advance for your response.

Search engines, like any other visitors to your site, work with the final html page. How exactly this page is generated (with the help of php or any other programming language or typed by the gentle hands of captive virgins) is completely irrelevant.

They forgot to write what will happen with different options ...
If there are no differences when viewed as a Google bot, then everything is fine.
But if a person sees the page in one way, and the Google bot somehow differently, then search engine sanctions are possible. The so-called cloaking.
