No. Will not.
The decoder is constantly in memory (statically!) and rises under the container at the time of mounting the partition.
When using AES - no noticeable slowdown, thanks to AES hardware acceleration. Even with in-memory key encryption enabled, everything works as usual. Perhaps if you choose some other algorithm instead of AES, and even more so if you use cascade ciphers to encrypt the system, it will slow down.
