Will CUDA exe work on another computer?

I am writing a CUDA program in VS2010 on one computer, it has all the toolkits drivers and so on, but it has a weak video card.
I want to test the finished programs on another computer with a more powerful video card. This computer is not mine and it is undesirable to install anything superfluous there. Will exe be launched there, or do you still have to install something there?

I didn’t work with Kuda myself, but it should work if the libraries are statically linked.
