Will anyone recommend some CRM system for the Call Center?

We need some kind of interaction system between telephony and CRM. So that when a client calls, it is immediately determined (if it is already in the database), it would be possible to conditionally place some kind of order right there, so that there is information about calls, etc. Thank you for your attention.
