Will an SSD work?

I accidentally stumbled upon new SSD drives from Samsung M.2 PCI. Samsung SSD 950 PRO. The reviews impressed him with his performance. Will it fit my MSI GAMING G45 Z170 motherboard? And will all the new technologies of this SSD be fully utilized on this motherboard?
On the manufacturer's website they write:

Will there really be such a performance increase as indicated on the graph if this SSD is suitable?
Now I have the usual crucial mx200 on Sata3 6 Gb / s
