Will an old budget video card pull a 1920x1080 monitor?

Good afternoon. There is an old laptop with a built-in video card NVIDIA GeForce G102M.
It is worth it in the country, and I want to buy a normal monitor for it. I'm just not sure if the card will work. The specification says: The maximum VGA resolution is 2048x1536, but I don’t quite understand here, is this the resolution at which everything will work fine, or is it just barely showing the movie?
Who understands, tell me please.

@Yastr

This is the maximum extension of the monitor that can be connected to it.
Let's just say the maximum resolution of the picture of which it can build and transmit via the interfaces that are provided there.
and she will pull the monitor accurately.
