Rather no than yes, not enough RAM. Together, the chandelier and Photoshop will eat around 6-8 GB on average projects ... But the swap will help you, it may get boring over time, but the only pitfalls are from time to time to observe white squares instead of content and in a split second the content will be loaded on place. Everything is relative.
