Will a browser extension do the job?

If you find any site with a Japanese candlestick chart where the RSI indicator is installed, is it possible to "reach out" somehow to it so that the browser extension gives a sound signal when a certain line is reached or touched? Not having access to the site. Is it possible to do this in js, and where to "dig"?
