Wifi router can't get IP from DHCP provider?

I wrote a question on the Toaster and went to dinner. I come to the computer and there is no Internet. I reboot the router and in the settings I see this picture:
WAN IP: 0.0.0.0
Subnet mask: 0.0.0.0
Gateway: 0.0.0.0
What could be wrong? Why does the router not receive ip from the provider ?! Please, tell me how to turn on the Internet?!
Ps Wifire provider from NetByNet holding based on Svoe.

@New_Habra_Toster

check if there is a link on the Internet cable, then call those on the provider

Ask your ISP, not here

What can be wrong? Why does the router not receive ip from the provider?

- The router died
- The mouse gnawed through the wire (a real gray mouse is such a rodent that it even sharpens concrete)
- Lightning struck the provider's equipment and it burned down :)
Well, in general, if everything is fine with the router, wire and account status - call support :D
