WIFI adapter not working after turning on the laptop?

Notebook - Lenovo Ideapad 320-17IKB 80XM.
OS - Windows 10
WI-FI adapter - Qualcomm Atheros QCA9377.
After turning on the laptop, the wi-fi icon shows that there are no networks available (red cross).

I was under the impression that the adapter simply does not turn on.
If you run network diagnostics (the tool reports that everything is OK) or closing / opening the laptop lid, the adapter connects to the network.
In the first case, it always helps, in the second - every other time.

Does not work after turning on from sleep mode? It's because of the crooked drivers.
