Wifi access point for office with client monitoring?

I am looking for a wifi router for the office with the ability to monitor clients.
You need to:
1) See the current speed of traffic usage (who uses torrents, youtube, etc.)
2) See the logs of visiting sites with history
3) Give speed priorities to clients
There is no budget as such, within reasonable limits.
Office 15 people.

This is not a task for a wifi access point.
Because Apparently there is no understanding, I want to buy something and that it would be beautiful, it makes sense to look towards unifi ubiquiti, there is some parody of DPI .
